At PowerPlayPC Co. we want to offer you the best experience! With that comes pricing transparency.

When it comes to consulting, those are completely free!

As for custom PCs and prebuilt PCs, we strive to give you the best prices! Unlike other PC-building companies, we do not add to the hardware price to gain a profit.  You can always look up the price given and be sure that you are not being charged extra for parts. There are transaction fees and any additional fees with any additional hardware or software necessary. We are not receiving any of these fees as profit!  We will be 100% transparent with you as a customer, if we are adding any fees that will gear towards us as a business, please be sure to look for the Labor Fee.

For PC Diagnosing, once we have figured the problem out, we will give you a quote on how much it will be depending on the level of difficulty of the task. When it comes to hardware repair or replacement, we ask that you pay the price in full to get the part fixed or replaced. This is so you as the customer can ensure where your money is going. 

What to expect for price breakdowns in your proposals!

 - The cost of each part

- The cost of any additional hardware or software (i.e, Windows 10/11, Optional Fans, Optional CPU Coolers, etc.)

- The cost of fees! Paypal Goods and Services charges 2.99% of your total for their processing fee. Venmo charges 1.9% + 0.10 for protection purchases. To ensure we are getting the full amount, we ask you to pay the transaction fee to guarantee price coverage for all of your hardware and software.
