Welcome to AGXStorm Systems! We are committed to providing you with high-

quality service and products. Please read the following terms of service carefully

before using our services.

1. Product Warranties: We offer a limited warranty on all new components

we use in our builds. If any component fails within the warranty period, we

will replace it free of charge. We also offer a 30-day warranty on labor,

meaning if you experience any issues with your build within 30 days of

delivery, we will fix it at no additional cost.

2. Payment and Refunds: Payment is due in full before we begin building

your PC. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Once we

receive payment, we will begin ordering components for your build. If you

cancel your order before we purchase the parts, we will refund your

payment in full. However, if you cancel your order after we have

purchased the parts, your order will no longer be refundable.

3. Delivery and Pickup: We offer free delivery within a 15-mile radius of our

business location. If you are outside of this radius, we can still deliver your

PC for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can pick up your PC from our

business location. We will contact you when your PC is ready for delivery

or pickup.

4. Custom Builds: We specialize in custom PC builds and will work with you to

create a build that meets your specific needs. However, we reserve the

right to refuse any build that we deem inappropriate or offensive. We will

also refuse any build involving water-cooling.

5. Data Backup and Recovery: We are not responsible for backing up or

recovering your data. It is your responsibility to ensure that all important

data is backed up before we begin building your PC. We can provide

recommendations for data backup solutions if needed.

6. Liability: We are not liable for any damage to your PC or any components

during the building process. We take great care to ensure that all

components are installed correctly and safely, but we cannot be held

responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping or handling

after delivery.

7. Customer Support: We are committed to providing you with excellent

customer support. If you have any questions or concerns about your build,

please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any

issues as quickly as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new PC build. If for any reason

you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Returns: You may return your new PC build within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your PC must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned PC and verify that it is in its original

condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-

5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your PC for a different build, please

contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to create a new

build that meets your needs. Any price difference will be either refunded or

charged to your account depending on the build you choose.

Shipping: You are responsible for shipping your PC back to us for a return or

exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing

shipping insurance to ensure that your PC is delivered safely.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any

returns or exchanges. This fee will be deducted from your refund or charged to

your account for exchanges.

Custom Builds: Custom builds are non-returnable and non-refundable. However,

we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your custom build.

Damage or Missing Components: If your PC is damaged during shipping or is

missing components, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to

resolve the issue and ensure that your PC is repaired or replaced as quickly as

possible.

By purchasing a PC from us, you agree to these return policy terms. We reserve
